At Gharora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gharora.in with your order details and supporting photos/videos.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

To initiate a return request, please email us at info@gharora.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible issue is reported, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
